RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is clean, unused, and in its original, undamaged condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns due to change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspection & Approval
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note:

- Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
Change of Mind

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
For orders not yet dispatched, you may request cancellation with the following options:

Full refund minus a 5% merchant processing fee

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If a parcel is delayed or cannot be located by the courier, we will open an investigation with the courier service. This process may take up to 45 days, as the courier needs time to trace the shipment and complete their internal investigation.
A refund or replacement can only be processed once the courier has formally confirmed that the parcel is lost. Once we receive this confirmation, we will promptly arrange the appropriate resolution.
